Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead Rosenfield’s UK and global partnerships.  This role is responsible for strengthening existing partnerships with major PACS vendors while identifying and developing new strategic alliances across the enterprise imaging ecosystem.  This is a highly strategic role combining relationship leadership, commercial development, and ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with major PACS/RIS/AI/EMR/EPR vendors.
  • Build strong executive and operational relationships across partner organizations, including product leadership and commercial teams.
  • Increase bundling rates of Rosenfield products within partner deals and tenders.
  • Identify and develop new partnerships, including structuring OEM agreements and go-to-market collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations of partnership agreements and commercial frameworks.
  • Work with partner sales teams to ensure Rosenfield solutions are effectively positioned within PACS deals.
  • Map the PACS and enterprise imaging ecosystem to identify strategic integration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure partner needs are reflected in the roadmap.

Required Experience:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within healthcare technology.
  • Experience working with enterprise healthcare platforms, imaging vendors, or healthcare IT ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing strategic technology partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and enterprise imaging (strongly preferred).
  • Experience structuring OEM partnerships or platform integrations.
