As a Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founder and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the business and operational aspects of a growing company. You will play a key role in project management, business development, and strategic planning while helping to shape the future direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Collaborate with the CEO/Founder and leadership team to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives. Translate high-level company goals into actionable plans and ensure successful execution across the branch. Manage and monitor branch-level KPIs and business metrics, ensuring targets are met.

Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily operations of the Egypt branch, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency. Streamline business processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and support scaling efforts. Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration between development, customer success, quality assurance, and other departments.

Project Management:

Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with global objectives. Act as a point of contact for coordinating between different departments and ensuring timely updates to leadership. Problem-solve and remove roadblocks, ensuring that project goals are achieved.

Team Leadership & Development:

Support the development of leadership within the branch by mentoring team leads and managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and accountability across teams. Ensure clear communication across the branch, facilitating the flow of information between leadership and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations management, or strategic leadership role, ideally in the tech/software industry. Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing cross-functional teams, and leading complex projects. Experience in an international business environment or in managing regional offices is a plus.

Education:

We’re a growing, mission-driven company at the intersection of health and technology, and we’re looking for a Technical Support & Integration Engineer to ensure our solutions connect flawlessly with the systems healthcare providers rely on every day.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Rosenfield software and systems at client sites or remotely.
  • Integrate software with PACS, RIS, EMR, and other healthcare systems using DICOM and HL7 standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration and system-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal development teams when needed.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during installation and support.
  • Document installation steps, configurations, and known issues.
  • Manage and track support cases to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct end-to-end technical testing with clients to validate system functionality, workflows, and data exchange.
  • Ensure Rosenfield solutions remain up to date with current integration capabilities.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately to internal technical teams.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical support or integration role.
  • Experience with Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) and VMware/ESXi.
  • Familiarity with networking basics (IP, DNS, firewall rules, ports) and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IIS for hosting and configuring applications.
  • SQL skills for querying, updating, and troubleshooting databases.
  • Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 messaging standards.
  • Ability to use Windows troubleshooting tools like Event Viewer.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working directly with clients and handling technical issues promptly.

Bonus Skills (Plus/Good to Have):

  • Experience with Mirth Connect for HL7 message routing and integration.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and domain management.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain technical documents such as user guides, release notes, training materials, troubleshooting guides, and any related products explanatory documents.
  • Create any requested new technical documents and any other needed documentation such as FAQs and help centre content for new/existing products to support customer self-service and reduce support requests.
  • Collaborate with SMEs (Developers, Product Managers and QA) to understand the systems in-depth and gather accurate and relevant information.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for end users, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
  • Review and edit documentation for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Stay informed on product changes, release cycles, and customer pain points to keep documentation relevant and helpful.
  • Ensure all documentation is consistent with the company’s voice, style, and branding guidelines.
  • Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
  • Organize and structure content to enhance user experience.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0 - 1 years of professional experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Very good proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willing to learn and work with new tools.
  • Adaptable and capable of learning and understanding new workflows, systems and technical terms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to write clear, easy-to-understand content.
  • Eagerness to grow and learn in the technical writing field.
